Ingredients:
- 1 Beef bone shank
- 3 tsp. of salt (possibly more depending on how salty you like your broth)
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 4-6 cups of water
Directions:
- Put all of the ingredients in a pan.
- Submerge in water and let boil for 1-2 hours.
- Enjoy immediately or if you wish to remove the fat, put a thick layer of cheese cloth into a strainer and strain out the fat.
